Recently, Water Conservancy Excellent Quality Management Team Competition 2018 organized by China Water Resource Electricity Quality Control Association (hereinafter referred to as "CWREQCA") was held in Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province. Four QC achievements, selected by SDWP, participated in the competition, together with 55 expert judges from the national water conservancy industry, and over 400 representatives from each participating QC team.
A total of 315 QC achievements in this competition were released on the site. The expert judges gave comment to and marked the achievements according to the Guidelines for Activities of Quality Management Teams released by China Association for Quality. After fierce and orderly competition, all four QC achievements selected by Shandong Water Conservancy Construction Group Co., Ltd. won the awards. Among them, the achievement of "improve the qualified rate of primary installation of stainless steel railings" completed by the QC team led by Zhang Hanbing won the first prize of this competition. The achievement of Reducing the Rate of Wall Plastering Hollowing completed by the QC team led by Zhang Wei, Improving the Qualified Rate of Construction of Wall Emulsion Paint completed by the QC team led by Wang Zhongxin, and Improving the Qualified Rate of the First Time Construction for Wall Tiles of Reservoir Office Buildings completed by the QC team led by Zhang Hanbing won the second prize of this competition.
In recent years, SDWP has greatly improved its quality management level and technical innovation ability through continuous carrying out quality management team activities and participating in the publication of QC achievements of China Water Conservancy Association and CWREQCA, which have played a positive role in promoting enterprise brand image.
