On May 25th, China-Bangladesh Economic and Trade Exchange Conference, organized by the International Company of Shandong Water Conservancy Construction Group Co., Ltd. and sponsored by the Bangladesh Embassy in China and China's Top 500 Foreign Trade Enterprise Club, was held in the diplomatic hall of the St. Regis Beijing.
M Fazlul Karim, the Bangladeshi Ambassador to China, Ma Fuzuer Khan, the Commercial Counselor, and Huang Jun, the Secretary-general of China's Top 500 Foreign Trade Enterprise Club and more than forty Chinese and foreign enterprises attended the conference. China-Bangladesh Economic and Trade Exchange Conference is an important event held by Bangladeshi authorities on the Chinese mainland for the first time this year. With the theme of "The Belt and Road -New Opportunities in Bangladesh", the conference aims to introduce the investment and trade environment of Bangladesh to Chinese enterprises and attracts Chinese enterprises to participate in the investment and construction of Bangladesh.
Huang Jun, the Secretary-general of China's Top 500 Foreign Trade Enterprise Club, delivered a speech at first, pointing out that "The Belt and Road" provides unprecedented opportunities for the development of foreign trade for the countries along the belt and road and builds a new international cooperation platform. M Fazlul Karim, the Bangladeshi Ambassador to China and the commercial counselor ma Fuzuer Khan, introduced Bangladesh's investment environment and business opportunities in detail, expressing great value for the ties established with China at all levels, and looking forward to expanding cooperation and exchanges with Chinese enterprises. Yang Qingyun, the general manager of the International Company of SDWP delivered a speech on behalf of Chinese enterprises on "countries along the Belt and Road shall discuss together on construction, and resources shall be integrated to promote development". He said that the group has actively implemented the national policy of "The Belt and Road ", basing on the principles of discussion together, co-construction and sharing, to create value for common development and progress through equal cooperation and mutual benefit, and work together to promote steady progress in the development of Bangladeshi infrastructure projects.
The successful hosting of this conference is an important measure for the international company to implement "the 13th five-year plan" of the Group and deeply cultivate the Bangladeshi market, which is of great significance for promoting the implementation of the international strategy of the group.
